I'm a freelance writer, editor and content strategist based in Singapore.
I started my career reporting on the lifestyle industries in a newspaper (TODAY) and magazine (The Peak). Occasionally, I leapt over the fence and dabbled in communications roles (Mercurio Design Lab, Mandarin Orchard Singapore and FRHI Hotels & Resorts).
In 2012, I was given the opportunity to be the Deputy Editor of Prestige Singapore magazine. While there, I picked up the knowledge and skills of how to manage a multi-platform publication. My dream of becoming an editor came true later when I helmed design and architecture magazine d+a (2018-2022). Subsequently, I was the publishing consultant for ADDRESS (2022-2024), a start-up that features stories on well-designed homes in Singapore. Till today, editorial work remains my first love.
LSP Communications was established in 2015 after I decided to become a full-time freelance writer. Since then, I have become a bit of a know-it-all in editing, marketing, authoring books (especially biographies) and panel moderation.
Say the word and I can talk your ear off about anything lifestyle-related. You'll find me most passionate about design, hospitality, luxury and food - though I increasingly consider myself a generalist these days (you'll see what I mean when you look at my featured work). Additionally, I'm told I'm a natural when it comes to personality profiles.

Editorial
From charting the vision, to crafting the strategy, content curation, editing and writing the stories, I can manage and run a publication that has both a print and online presence. Realistic about the need for a healthy bottom-line, I also work with the sales and marketing teams to strengthen the brand and grow the revenue.
As a communications specialist, I can build brands and develop content strategies to tell compelling stories around them on every imaginable platform - a website, blog, social media, coffee-table book etc. I am no stranger to media strategy and relations either and am regularly engaged to write press releases.
Books
Lived a life worth sharing? I can write all about it and ensure the book becomes a well-thumbed favourite that remains relevant in the decades to come. I can also edit books, giving them a spit and polish that will make them shine brighter.
Panel Moderation
Stemming from years conducting interviews with what must now be thousands of people, I can moderate a panel in front of a live audience. With my clarity of thought, communication skills and clear English diction, I am able to guide speakers to share thoughts and ideas about current trends.
